I'm a New York City-based storyteller, and a pop culture enthusiast. I hail from Columbus, Ohio and I love bringing stories to life on digital and print platforms. Some of my favorite things to write about include TV, music, beauty trends, interior design, relationships and food. Pretty much every yummy thing that makes life fun.

When I'm not writing, I love to help other writers by editing or putting together comprehensive and cohesive editorial strategy. To help me do this, I hold both a B.A. and M.A. in journalism from the University of Missouri School of Journalism, and I have four years of experience writing, reporting and editing from a variety of audiences, from the city newspaper subscriber to the national women's magazine reader.

When I'm not poring over the latest story, you can find me breaking into song in the middle of the street a la Thoroughly Modern Millie, drinking Diet Coke or rewatching my favorite animated shows.
